VD Series Automatic De-Gasser, is a machine specially designed for carbonated drink De-Gassing requirements. Designed with a multi-layer de-gassing plate, the de-gassing process can be done with high effectiveness and low energy consumption. In a normal configuration, the de-gasser will be installed before gas-adding equipment, letting the pre-gassed product to be having less gas in order for gassing equipment to add higher gas volume. The De-gasser can be designed as a horizontal, vertical, or ultra-high multi-layer design.
Tower-Type Multi Layer De-gassing Design
Design with tower type multi-layer vacuum de-grassing design, reaching effective and continuous product de-grassing procedure. Can also cooperate with CIP/SIP System for fully automatic CIP/SIP Process.

Operation Method
The product that requires de-gassing will enter the de-gasser via a hygienic pipe. The product will flow continuously through the percentage control valve. The de-gassed product will flow out for a later stage after being properly de-gassed.
