Brilliant Hygenic and Repeatability
PF Series Piston Filling Machine is a filler specially designed for beverages with particles. Adopt with modular piston filling design, particles within 5mm like konjac, herb jelly, and fruit fiber can be filled with no issue. PF Series can not only be displayed as a single machine but it can also be integrated with rinsing/pulp filling/liquid filling/capping monobloc, which greatly reduces the required spaces. Different from normal piston fillers, this machine got a fully automatic CIP/COP function. Without tearing any parts down for cleaning, this machine can run the cleansing process with a fully automatic program. Adopted with Modular Design Air-Pressure Bottle Holder
Adopted with modular design air pressure bottle holder, providing excellent cushion force for the bottle lift. In case of a deformed or crooked bottle being placed on the holder, the air-cushion design will greatly lower the impact force between the bottle and the filling nozzle, greatly decreasing the damage that might be done to the filling nozzle. With a precise air adjustable valve, the bottle lifting force can be stably controlled and set due to different types of bottles. During operation, the bottle lifter will not release gas, which makes the air consumption very low.

Operation
Operational Method
Product passing UHT will be pasteurized based on the required pasteurized time and temp. The product will be cooled down and delivered to the filling machine for the filling process.
