The FCB Series monobloc is a twin module, highly flexible and reliable solution for producing your demands of non-carbonated beverages in large PET containers. With the FBC Series monoblock, we are able to offer you modern, PLC-controlled filling technology for your product with a compact machine design. With a very short conversion time for parts and bottle changeover, FCB Series monobloc ensures minimal machine downtime and a high degree of availability. A maximum output of 200 bottles per minute allows this machine to offer flexible solutions for your beverage line whether the machine is operating as single monobloc or integrated with any other existing machines from other machine manufacturers.
Suspended Type Transmission System
Design with suspended transmission system, ensuring high transmission efficiency and low noise. With the help of a lightweight machine structure, the load of the reducer and transmission motor will be minimized, maximizing the lifecycle. The overall energy required to operate the machine is reduced by 40%.
Centralized Lubrication System
The centralized lubrication system is designed with dual loops, which allows used lubricant to be rejected and replaced with new lubricant in a visible way. Operation
Operation Method
The rinsed bottle will be delivered to FCB by conveyor, with the help of starwheels, every bottle can maintain a certain gap for filling without collision. The bottle will be delivered later to the capping module. The capping module will lead and place the cap to the capping position and cap the bottle with solid capping force. The capped bottle will be delivered out of the machine for further processing.
