FAC Series Filling/Capping Monobloc, is a monobloc specially designed for glass-bottle product filling requirements, especially high-volume alcoholic beverages. Using the same brilliant design concept as SM Series, FAC Series got high operation stability and easy-maintenance characteristics. Integrated with Human Interface Touchscreen, operators can adjust and control this machine within no time. FAC Series also adopt with engineering plastic bottle holder, preventing scratches on the bottle and providing excellent grip during filling. This machine can also be integrated with HEPA Filtering System, providing hygienic air within the filling chamber and ensuring the top quality of the product. Modular Design
Main structure of the machine is adopted with modular design, greatly decreasing the requirement space. This design also helps shorten the pipelines, increasing the CIP cleanliness of the machine. Multi-stage temperature adjustment with sanitization time setting can be set based on sanitization requirements, reaching effective sanitization.

Operation
Operation Method
Glass bottles will be delivered in the monobloc with the same distance by bottle-infeed screw rod, then the bottle gripper will help to stably grip the bottle for the filling process. After the filling is done, the capper module will properly seal the bottle and the finished product will be delivered out of the monobloc by starwheels.
