SMG Series automatic filling monobloc is designed for your need of filling high viscose products in PET or glass containers. Products such as soya sauce, honey, edible oil, and fish sauce. Integrated with gravity filling with circulation technology for fast precise product filling. The foam generated during filling can also be controlled via this technology to achieve a precise filling level. Integrated with automatic CIP and SIP rinsing design for hygienic machine part cleaning. Bottles are supported and lifted by a patented bottle-lifting air cylinder for optimal stability and to prevent bottle collision with the filling nozzle. In terms of bottle rinsing, both inserting nozzles and multi-staged rinsing process can be integrated into this system for optimal bottle cleaning.

Modular designs were used on the main structure, greatly reducing the size of this machine. The modular design also helps on reducing the length of delivery pipes and highly increases the cleanliness of the machine.

Operation
Operation Method
Filling product will first arrive at the UHT station, UHT system will heat up and sterilize the product base on its' characteristics. After sterilization, the product will be cooled down and delivered to the filling machine for the next stage filling process.
