Modular Design with Solid Structure
BC Series Returnable Bottle Washer is a double-end, synchronized drive washer with high flexibility. This washer is capable of handling a large amount of bottle washing but still maintaining top cleanliness at the same time. The machine's inlet and exit are located on different sides of the machine, this can ensure the food-grade hygienic standard. With only one set of high torque motor and worm gear, this machine can drive over 400 sets of bottle holder racks and over 20000 bottle holders, reaching low energy consumption. Modular design immersion tanks and parts will greatly reduce the maintenance cost and time. The contaminated bottles will pass through multiple rinsing stages, including hot water and alkaline water immersion and rinsing. The rinsing tank amount can be customized based on customers' rinsing requirements. 
 

                                
 

SYNCHRONIZED PARALLEL SPRAYING DEVICE
Synchronized parallel spraying device is one of the innovated device developed by YUH FENG MACHINE to enhance the performance of bottle cleaning. In comparison with rotary rinsing devices. Rinsing time can be increased up to 2.5 times. Any residual soda is rinsed and removed completely.
ROTARY SPRAYING DEVICE 
Rotary type bottle rinsing device are often used in Europe. It has shorting contact time when compared to a synchronized parallel rinsing system. However, we have increase the rinsing angel to increase contact time. Less energy consumption for better performance.

Operation
Operation Method
The recycled bottle will be deliver to the machine inlet's distribution device by conveyor. The distribution device will separate the bottles into several lanes and use push bars to push the whole lane of bottles into the bottle holder. Bottles in the bottle holder will be transferred by holder and holder chain, passing through multiple stages of immersion and spray wash procedure. Shell and tube heat exchange system is designed to heat up and control the temperature of the immersion fluid. The bottles will later soak into the alkaline fluid for label removal. In the final stage, bottles will be rinsed by several rinsing devices and sent out of the machine by bottle exit cam.
