SMA Series Monobloc is designed for filling energy drinks and medical standard fluid in small glass containers. Its compact and stainless inclined machine tabletop design enabled a high standard of food and microbiological safety to be achieved.   Containers are transferred between individual processing modules via starwheels with optimal stability and smoothness. A small pitched design allowed this machine to occupy up to 30% less space than the previous model. Complete integration with Class 100 high-efficiency air filtration system (positive pressure/ISO standard class 5)
In terms of air filtration, the SMAHB series of bottle washers and cappers can be fully integrated with a class 100 high-efficiency air filtration system (positive pressure/ISO standard class 5). By standard, the ISO Class 5 positive pressure system filters 99.97% of air particles of approximately 3μm in size and generates a certain pressure inside the filling chamber. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside, potentially contaminated air is kept outside the filling chamber. This prevents contamination problems that may occur when outside air comes in contact with the product.
CIP/SIP with clockwise and counterclockwise wash functions and different switching functions according to customer's requirement
SMAHB series bottle washing and filling capping machine has both clockwise and counterclockwise wash CIP/SIP functions. This ensures that all surfaces that come into contact with the product are sterilized and disinfected in the CIP/SIP process with zero dead space. Through high-temperature steam and fixed concentration of alkaline and acid, the entire production circuit is completely cleaned and disinfected to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and maintain high food safety standards.

Operation
Operation Method
The small glass bottles are manually placed on the inlet feeding belt in one layer, and then the bottles are adjusted into one row through the progressive multi-conveyor belt and enter the filling machine. Through the help of the equidistant screw and the star wheel, the small glass bottles will be sent into the bottle washing module in equal intervals, and then the bottles will be cleaned by turning 180 degrees during the cleaning process and then automatically turned back to the original position, and again sent into the filling module by the star wheel for filling operation. Due to the bottom dragging mode, the product can achieve high stability during the transportation process. After filling, the container is fed into the aluminum capping module for the final capping process. Finally, the capped beverage containers are discharged to the exit conveyor via the star wheel for product packaging at the rear end.
