Modular Design with High Loading Capacity
PCONS series pallet conveyor are designed and manufactured for different pallet sizes. With modular and high load design concept, it can support different pallet sizes. Different pallet sizes can be matched with different conveyor designs, such as chain conveyors and roller conveyors, to achieve the required conveying requirements. Under severe conditions, a chain roller hybrid type can also be used. In addition to flat conveyors, pallet conveyors can be equipped with special modules for pallet turning, positive reversal and lateral movement.

A PCONS Conveyor sets normally at entrance or exit of the palletizer. It can also be used to transport pallets with well-palletized products.

Operation
Operation Method
PCONS Pallet Conveyor's main function is to transport product pallets, empty pallets, or empty bottle pallets. The PCONS can also be specially designed to achieve 360-degree turns or side inlets. With any need for extending accumulations, PCONS can be added and connected together. PCONS also got the function of a fast adjustment mechanism to adapt to the pallet switch.
