SMWV Series Load-Cell Volumetric Filling Machine
Modular Design with High Accuracy and Maximum Hygenic
Load-Cell Volumetric Filling Monobloc is a special type of volumetric monobloc compare to others. Different from flow type volumetric monobloc, this machine uses a precise load cell to calculate empty bottle weight before filling. The filling module and computer will calculate the required fluid weight for filling deducting the weight of the empty bottle. When the weight reaches pre-set requirements, the filling valve will automatically shut, reaching maximum precision of filling. The filling valve of this machine is designed with a multi-stage in order to reach filling precision and stability. With the design of a non-contact filling nozzle, this machine can provide excellent hygienic products and biosafety standards.
Weight Checking Filling Head
With the loading cell, the weight measurement starts with the weight checking of empty bottles. The total filling weight will be deducted by an empty bottle, reaching maximum precision on filling volume.
Capping Module
Intergrated with modular capper head design, the teardown and repair can be done in a short time. The capper heads are equipped with capping torque and press pressure adjustment function, with the help of precise machining mechanical cam, and characteristic of bottle mouth teeth, reaching smooth and stable capping. Caps will be selected by cap unscrambler, passing cap rinsing tunnel, precisely distributed by cap grabber, and solid seal on the bottle top.

Operation
Operation Method
Clean bottles will be delivered to monobloc by air conveyor or top chain conveyor. The monobloc's starwheels will grip the bottleneck and transfer the bottles. Starwheels of the monobloc will help maintain the certain gap of bottles and send them to the rinsing module. In the rinsing module, the bottle will be flipped 180 degrees and rinsed, after the rinsing process is done, the bottle will be flipped back and transferred to the filling section. The filling section is adopted with a precise load cell and non-contact filling nozzle. The bottle weight will be checked and deducted, the filling valve will later fill in the pre-set weight of the beverage. When reaching the pre-set volume, the filling will be stopped to reach a precise filling. The filled bottle will later be sent to the capping section for solid capping and delivered out of the monobloc for later stages.
