Servo Drive Design with High Stability
BSH Series Automatic Ultra High-Level De-Palletizer, is a machine specially designed for PET or glass bottle's high-speed de-palletizing requirements. The empty bottle+pallet will be placed on the inlet conveying system and delivered to the machine. Then the inlet servo motor lifting mechanism will rise the pallet together with the empty bottles onto 2 or 3 floors to proceed with the full bottle palletizing procedure. The cardboard, gap plates, or boards that were created during the de-palletizing process will be stacked and delivered onto the stacking zone on 1 floor.  Operators can easily reuse and collect the empty pallet by forklift.           
 
                                
Servo Motor Load Platform
All the main pallet loading platforms on this machine are equipped with servo motor drive design, capable of highly precise and stable positioning and correction. This machine is equipped with color HMI that can set the machine parameters and monitor the machine status by touch screen. The loading pallet stabilizes with the help of balance blocks, which can also greatly reduce the loading force on the servo motor. 
 
Quick Adjustments and change over
This machine is designed with a quick adjustment concept, adjustment parts such as rail and cylinder that relates to bottle or pallet size differences, can be adjusted in a short time for better production effectiveness. The pallets for this machine are suggested to use standard size ones in order to make the change part adjustment more fluently.

Operation
Operational Method
The pallet stack with glass bottles will be placed on the pallet conveyor inlet, the pallet conveyor will transfer these pallets onto the high-level de-palletizer lifting platform, and the platform's maneuver will be operate based on a pre-set program. When the full layer of glass or PET bottles is lifted to the designated level, the de-palletizing mechanism will automatically start the de-palletizing and cardboard removal process. When full pallets of bottles are all being de-palletized, the empty pallet will be descended to the lower level by the machine and transferred into the back of the machine for stacking. Operators can collect multiple pallets if they are well stacked. De-palletized bottles will be unscrambled to the existing conveyor for the later production process.
