SMFH Series Rinser/Filler/Aluminium Sealer/Capper Monobloc is a monobloc specially designed for aluminum sealing requirements. With the base of the SM Series, this machine adds additional aluminum for and seal mechanism, which is the best solution for your requirements. Design with a modular concept, rinsing/filling/sealing and capping can be done within one single monobloc, ensuring the best hygienic and product quality. Containers are being transferred by starwheels within the machine, with the neck bottle holding design, greatly minimizing the contact between the machine and container surface, reaching excellence in hygienic standards.
Aluminium Forming Module
With the help of a special machining aluminum foil form device, the precise form of each foil can be done. The formed foil will be sent to the seal position and properly sealed. The machine's drive system is designed to synchronize, every step can be done effectively and precisely.
High Frequency Sealing Module
Adopted with engineering plastic aluminum form mold, with the help of a high-frequency section, aluminum foil will be properly sealed on the bottle top. The bottle holders are made of SUS304 stainless steel bottle holder, providing stable pushing force and excellent sealing results.

Operation
Operational Method
Clean empty bottles will be delivered to the monobloc by air conveyor, and the starwheels will clamp the bottleneck of the bottles for transferring in the monobloc. Starwheels can maintain the gap between bottles before sending them into the rinsing section, the rinser will flip the bottles 180 degrees all the way for rinsing. After the rinsing, bottles will be flipped back and sent to the filling section. Thanks to the neck-gripping design, the contact between bottles and the machine surface will be minimized. The after-filled bottle will pass through a high-frequency aluminum foil sealer, the pre-formed aluminum foil will be placed on top of the bottle, and a high-frequency heater will heat up and seal the bottles. The sealed bottle will later be properly capped by a capper and sent out of the machine for a later stage process.
