The NM Series Automatic Empty Bottle Unscrambler is a highly stable, flexible model for your demands of unscrambling randomly distributed PET containers in a harmless manner. Equipped with multiple sets of engineering elastic belts for the purpose of bottle unscrambling and without causing additional scratches on the surface of the PET container. In the case of different bottle specifications, this machine can be quickly adjusted via hand wheels and an interconnected adjustment system. Minimizing downtime. Operation
Operation Method
The empty bottles in the storage tank are guided out by the vacuum blower and conveyor belt and enter the unscramble wheel in a single direction. When the empty bottles are thrown out by centrifugal force, the hook will grab the mouth of the bottle and guide the bottle to a standing position by the centrifugal force of the bottle itself. The standard bottle will be delivered out of the machine by the conveyor belt. The empty bottle unscrambler can also be integrated with an adjustable air conveyor belt to provide a stable connection to the air conveyor belt for the bottles leaving the machine
