LD SERIES LANE DIVIDER
Flexibility Design Specially for Higher Productivity
The main function of the LD series lane divider is to help bottles change lanes before packing. It can be set in front of the wrapping/packing machine in order to achieve the arrangement of subsequent packing and smooth transportation of the production line. LD series divider adopts with cylinder push plate design, using photoelectric detection and a bottle guide plate, which can be applied to the accumulation and guidance of various types of bottles.
Push Bar Cylinder
Push bar cylinder can push the bottle left or right base on accumulation condition. International cylinder brand is used, ensuring stable movements and operation life.
Bottle Guiding Rail
Bottle guiding plate can guide a line of bottles in a certain direction. The guiding rail is also adjustable for different dimensions of bottles.

Operation
Operation Method
The filled and labeled products will pass through the lane divider before being fed into the wrapping/packing machine. The divider will block the bottles at its entrance and then guides the bottles to different rows according to the volume and arrangement of the bottles in the packing section, so as to complete the packing operation smoothly.
