The main function of the buffer table is to act as a buffer in the production line and at the same time improve the efficiency of the production line. When the downstream equipment of the buffer table is temporarily stopped, in order to maintain the efficiency of the production line without stopping the upstream equipment, different buffer table designs can be used to activate the buffering function when needed, which can significantly improve the productivity problems generated on your production line.
 
                                            

 

Specialized Design to Fit with Products and Requirements

TBT series buffers can be planned and configured according to the customer's product characteristics and production line buffering requirements. When the product characteristics are different, different cushion types can be used to achieve the best efficiency. If a pressure-free cushion is required, it can be connected with a pressure-free conveyor system to reduce the pressure on the product container. This prevents the product container from being deformed due to excessive extrusion.

Operation
Operation Method

The buffer table is usually located between the main equipment, such as downstream of the filling machine and upstream of the labeling machine. Its main function is to create a necessary buffer between the two machines. When the labeling machine performs label change, the production capacity of the machine will be affected by manual label change or automatic speed reduction of the packaging section. In order not to affect the operation of the upstream equipment, the buffering function can be activated automatically and synchronously when the downstream equipment is in condition, so that the products processed by the upstream equipment can be stored on the buffering table temporarily. When the downstream equipment is back to normal, the product on the buffer is discharged and prepared for the next buffer by synchronizing the whole line. According to the buffer table specifications and design, the buffer table can be broadly classified into First-In, First-Out (FILO), or First-In, First-Out (FIFO) type. FIFO is the best for its function.
