DC Series De-Capper is the first station for the whole gallon filling production line. The main function of the DC De-Capper is to remove caps priorly before rinsing/filling/capping production. The De-Capping mechanism uses a cylinder design, is stable, reliable, and easy to maintain, highly increases production efficiency, and lowers the manpower required.
Cylinder De-Capping Mechanism
Cylinder type cap clamp & lift system uses mechanical power to remove the cap. Greatly reduces the human power de-capping process. The international brand cylinder was integrated with the mechanism, creating stable and long-life output.
Cap Clamp Mechanism
Clamp mechanism ensures stable cap-clamp, solid grip with less cap fell.

Operation
Operation Method
The recycled bottles were put on the conveyor and arrived at the de-capping station. The de-capper's cap clamp mechanism will descend and camp the cap. After clamping is done, the cylinder will rise and use mechanical power to pull off the cap.
