Modular Design with High Flexibility
RFC Series Monobloc is a volumetric filling, intermitted motion, modular designed solution for your demands of producing mineral water in larger containers with volumes ranging from 3 to 5 gallons. RFC Series monobloc features a multi-stationed rinsing system with an automatic nozzle inserting function for the most hygienic results of container disinfection. Modular rinsing station design enabled RFC Series Monobloc to offer the best cleaning solution for our clients. Since the degree of pollution of returnable containers is totally different in different regions, the rinsing system of RFC Series can be fully customized to suit individual production needs. Integrated with HEPA system and volumetrically controlled filling nozzle for minimal product wastage and optimal hygiene. This machine is carefully designed to offer a high degree of reliability and repeatability to your production floor. With an outstanding production capacity of 600 containers per hour, RFC Series is suitable for medium to high production requirements.
 

                               
 

Internal Spray System
In the main rinsing station, except for external spray rinsing, also adopts with internal spraying nozzle design. The internal spraying nozzle will insert into the bottles and full spray inside, creating full coverage rinsing.
Two-Stage Volumetric Filling
The filling section uses two-stage volumetric filling. The first stage is rapid filling, filling the product into a bottle within a short time. The second stage is slow filling, precisely reachers the set volume for filling. Not only ensure the precise filling level but also prevent the product from spilling out.

Operation
Operation Method
The recycled gallon bottles will first arrive at the de-capping station. After de-capping, bottles will be delivered to the rinser/filler/capper monobloc. The bottle will first receive an external brush and internal spray for multiple stations, ensuring the cleanliness of the bottle. The clean bottles will later deliver to the filling section for filling. The filling stations use a volumetric filling but are also capable of designing overflow filling for better cleaning standards. After the filling finishes, bottles will be capped and delivered for further processing.
