AC Series Aluminium Capper is a capper specially designed for ROPP aluminum cap sealing requirements. Adopted with modular design, it can cooperate with different amounts of capper heads based on customer requirements. The sealing torque and press pressure can be adjusted based on different cap sealing conditions, and cooperating with the speed control system, it can even reach the same capping result with different RPMs.

Design with a modular concept, greatly reduce the time and effort for change and maintenance time. The capper head can be set on torque and press pressure based on different cap types. 
Quick Adjustments

Operation
Operation Method
After the filling, the capping system will continue the capping process. The cap leading rail will lead the cap to sit on top of the bottle, later on, the capping head will descend and press on the bottle mouth, and the blade and pressure will be added for solid sealing.
