PC Series Crown Cap Capper is a capping machine specially designed for capping requirements on the crown caps. Crown caps are mainly used on glass bottle products like beer or carbonated beverages. The crown cap is designed with a modular concept, easy for operators to remove or install. This can greatly save time on maintenance and decrease the machine stop time. PC Series also design with high strength, which can tolerate nearly 220kg of capping pressure. The capping pressure can also be adjusted by different cap types, maximizing the effectiveness of the capping result.

Operation
Operation Method
With the unscramble cap unscrambler, crown caps will enter the cap grabber and rotates with it. The cap grabber will deliver caps out one by one and transfer them to the capper head. The capper head will seal the cap on the bottles with the correct capping pressure. The sealed bottle and product will later be sent out by monobloc's starwheel.
