PY Series Plastic Cap Capper
Modular Design with High Stability
PY Series Plastic Cap Capper, is a capper specially designed for standard PCO plastic cover's capping requirements. Normal for PET filling procedure, capper/rinser/filler are all combined together as 2 in1 or 3 in 1 monobloc, like SM Series Filling Monobloc. Adopt with magnetic type capping torque design, even in different rotation speeds, the caps are able to achieve the same capping torque rate. The torque adjustment can be done without a tool and easy-adjust for different cap torque requirements. All the machine and capper heads are designed with a modular concept, easy and clear during maintenance. Adopt with full-color HMI interface, operators can quickly identify the machine status, and record any abnormal data.

Operation
Operation Method
Plastic caps will be unscrambled by the cap unscrambler, and being grab by the cap grabber. The cap grabber will distribute and align the cap with the capper head. During the spinning of the capping mechanism, the capper head will lower down and grab the cap from the cap grabber, then put the caps directly onto the bottle top and properly seal. With adjustment on capping torque, the capping result can be solid and excellent. The capped product will later be sent out of the machine by star wheels and enter the next stage for further process.
