TC Series Metal Lug Capper
Modular Design with High Flexibility
TC Series Metal Lug Capper is a capping machine specially designed for any size of metal lug cap capping requirements. Adopted with modular design magnetic capper head, capable of quick adjustments on cap force and torque, with the maintenance load is greatly reduced. Intergrated with patented design synchronized belt drive system, ensuring bottles are stationary while capping. The capper head mold can be customized based on different lug cap sizes.

Operation
Operation Method
Filled bottles will be transferred to the capper inlet by conveyor, the capper's starwheel will help maintain the certain gap between bottles. The capping section will pick up the lug cap and place it on top of the bottles then the capper head will descend and properly seal the bottle. The well-capped bottles will later be sent out by conveyor for the next stage process.
