HBDPT Series High-Level Bottle De-Palletizer is a machine specially designed for PET or Glass Bottle De-Palletizing requirements. This machine not only keeping all the standard version's benefits, but it also enhanced the ability to do different level de-palletizing, which is a standard one's high-level type. Empty bottle conveyor uses low friction belt design, which can provide excellent bottle stability during high-speed conveying. The guard rail which encounters the empty bottle is made of high-strength and low-friction engineering plastic, which can greatly reduce the scratches that might happen on the bottles. The pallet lifting device uses proactive distance control and an oil pressure platform, not only achieving precise control of the pallet position but also being adjustable on its position by HMI Interface.
Bottle Gripping and Transfering Module
Pallet lifting platform is designed with balance. When pallets enter the de-palletizer, the platform will lift and de-palletize the bottles layer by layer. The platform is designed with a balance function, the lifting is steady and smooth.
Cardboard Gripping Module
This machine is designed with quick adjustment. Cylinders and guide rails can be quickly adjusted during product change, decreasing the downtime for the machine.

Operation
Operation Method
The newly purchased stacked bottle will be placed onto the inlet roller conveyor of the machine. The lifting platform of the machine will lift the pallet bottles up and de-palletize them layer by layer with the help of a photoelectric sensor and cylinders. The de-palletized new bottles will be delivered for production, and the leftover cardboard or pallet will be gripped and collected for later usage.
