introduction
CPT SERIES LOW LEVEL PALLETIZER
Modular Design with High Flexibility
The CPT Series is a low-level product infeed, highly flexible, and reliable palletizer designed to meet your demand for palletization. This machine is carefully designed to handle different carton stacking configurations with user-friendly HMI. The reinforced bi-column design makes the machine the ideal solution to process heavy loads with high stability even in the fast production mode. Adjustable product stacking height and configuration enabled the machine to process your products in the best possible way. Integrated with robust and reliable pallets convection system allows CPT Series low-level palletizer to accommodate both wooden and plastic pallets. An average production capacity of 35 cases per minute makes the machine the ideal solution for small to medium production requirements.
Fully Compatible with Automatic Pallet Film Wrapper
In terms of automation, the CPT series low-level palletizer can be integrated with an automatic pallet film wrapper. The stacked pallets are conveyed to the back end of the pallet film wrapper through the pallet conveyor for wrapping operation. The number of pallet conveyors can also be added according to the customer's demand to increase the buffer time between each machine. Inlet and outlet directions can also be selected according to the customer's plant layout requirements. The replenishment direction of the empty pallet storage rack can also be changed 180 degrees to achieve different pallet entry directions.
Included Multiple Pallet Stacking Configuration, Expandable on Demand
With the help of modular design software, CPT Series already featured multiple stacking configurations in the HMI, and it is also capable of adding other configurations based on customer requirements. When switching between different configurations, just simply set on HMI, it can quickly achieve the change base on your need. The HMI system in this machine is also capable of switching pallet size and empty pallet rack stacking height. Integrated with the alarm system, operators can quickly notice and solve the problem when abnormal happens.
