Modular Design with High Stability
MP Series Tetra Pack Packer is an intermittent movement, lateral design machine, specially designed for packing Tetra Pack products. This machine is integrated with a color HMI system, making operators much easier to operate and adjust the machine. Simplified drive train design greatly reduces maintenance costs and time. With the help of a PLC system, this machine can be easily connected to other equipment in the product line. 
 
                     

 

Intermittent Mechanism
By combining motor/reducer, intermittent distributor, and chain, this machine is capable of providing intermittent and smooth conveying. 
Cardboard Magazine
Cardboard magazine of this machine can stack a certain amount of cardboard, reducing the time for labor to refill. Cardboard magazine uses a 45-degree design, allowing cardboard to drop and be picked up smoothly.

Operation
Operation Method
Before Tetra Pack enters the packer for packaging, the lane divider will divide products into a different lanes. Products will be aligned separately with the help of a lane divider, and the product will be delivered onto the gravity drop zone. With the product weight and gravity, the cardboard will be formed in a certain shape base on the forming mold. After the bottom of the cartons is folded, the side cylinders will push in and form the side of the carton and the opening ears. The hot melt glue will later be sprayed on the opening side and the cylinder will push in for a solid seal. The properly sealed product will be delivered out of the machine by the conveyor and sent to the next stage for further process.
