The BRP Series automatic packer is a top-loading, cyclic motion solution for packing your beverage with fragile containers. Thanks to the modular design, this machine is capable of handling a wide range of container specifications and materials. Synchronized machine transmission systems and reinforced machine structures enabled a high degree of stability and reliability to be achieved with low maintenance requirements. Integration with a stepped motor for high torque output and maintaining balanced machine motion throughout the production cycle. A programmable logic controller allows this machine to be integrated easily into existing or new beverage production lines. Fully Adopt with Automatic Lane Divider System
For machine automation, BRP Series can be fully integrated into the system. When bottles are square or rectangular in shape, with the help of an inlet lane dividing system, bottles can be lined up and configurated before the gripping process. 
Quick Change Parts Function
BRP Series Auto Packer is designed with a quick-change mold. Not only quick change processes are done on the programming, but the gripper module is also designed with quick change. Greatly reduced the downtime of production size changes. Gripping modules are designed with solid type and retractable type, customer can choose based on their requirements.

Operation
Operational Method
PET or glass bottle will be lined up and delivered into the machine's gripping zone by bottle separation board and vibrate accumulation device. When enough bottles reach the gripping zone, the gripping module will descend and grip the bottles, then the gripping arm will move sideways and place the bottles into carton boxes or plastic crates. The gripping module and arm will back to the gripping zone and wait for the next gripping stages. The loaded box or crates will be delivered out of the machine for further packing or stacking process. When gripping bottles are rectangular or square in shape, the bottle will be divided by a lane divider, into the pre-set line for further gripping.
