RP Series Automatic Cyclic Packer is a packing machine specially designed for small production lines with high economic stability. Applicable with PET or Glass bottle packing, with high repeatability and color HMI interface, this machine stands out in the packing machine market. Modular gripping mold can reduce change part-time, increasing production efficiency. A simplified machine structure can maximize the space usage of the site. RP Series can be easily adapted to current or new production lines, and the inlet and exit of the machine can be modified based on the production site planning or layout, maximizing the flexibility of the production line. 
 

                              
 

Patened Design Bottle Gripper
Intergrated with modular bottle gripper design, when the packing configuration changes, the gripper mold can be easily replaced, with no need to change the gripper head one by one. The balloon-type bottle gripper will not scratch or deform the bottles during gripping. 
Cyclic Transmission Structure
With cyclic transmission structure drive, the bottle grip arm will be smoothly guided and move with stability, providing excellent bottle gripping operation.

Operation
Operation Method
PET or Glass bottles will be transferred to the packing machine by conveyor. Before entering, the lane dividing board will divide the base of the bottle on the packing configuration. When a certain amount of bottles enter the machine's grabbing zone, the grabbing arm will descend and grip the bottles, and place them in the carton or plastic boxes. After the placing is done, the grabbing area will back to a neutral position for the next grabbing. The cartons alongside bottles will be delivered out for carton seal and later collection or stacking stages.
