SM Series Rinser/Filler/Capper Monobloc A Modular Filling Monobloc with Excellent Flexibility and Reliability
SM Series filling monobloc is integrated with air/liquid separation filling technology, SM Series is capable of fulfilling your requirements for producing non-carbonated products in PET bottles. The modular design enabled the rinsing, filling, and capping process to be done within a single monobloc, and product hygiene conditions is achieved. Bottles are transferred by starwheels in the monobloc by neck handling mode, this method greatly decreases the contact surface between bottle and machine, preventing possible contaminations. In addition to this, it also significantly minimized the part change over time between different bottle sizes.

                                           
 

Integrated with Class 100 HEPA (Positive Pressure/ISO Standard 5)
For air filtering, SM Series can fully integrate with the class 100 hyper air filtering system (ISO Standard 5).
As standard, ISO standard 5 is capable of filtering out 99.97% of 3μm air particles, and maintaining positive pressure within the filling chamber.
The positive chamber will prevent infection or particles out of the filling chamber thanks to pressure differences. 
 
Capable of Positive and Negative Auto CIP/SIP cleaning Function
SM Series Rinser/Filler/Capper Monobloc is equipped with positive and inverse CIP/SIP Functions.
This can ensure every pipeline that interacts with the product can be disinfected by CIP/SIP process.
With hot steam, fixed-rate acid, and alkaline fluid, the pipeline can be fully cleaned and sanitized, preventing bacteria and providing high-level product safety standards.

Operation
Operation Method
Clean bottles will be delivered into the monobloc by air conveyor, and the monobloc's starwheels will grip the bottle and transfer them with a designated gap. After reaching the rinsing module, bottles will be gripped by the neck and flipped 180 degrees for internal rinsing. After the rinse, the bottle will be flipped back. Later the starwheels will also transfer the bottles to the filling module, with the help of a bottle gripping device, the contact surface will be limited, providing excellent hygiene on the product. After the filling is done, the product bottle will be capped properly and sent out of the monobloc for the next stage process.
